Payment Information

 

For your first session, please bring the following:

• Your Insurance ID card

• Your co-pay amount in cash or check

• In addition, it would make sense to bring the following:

• A legal guardianship or custody agreement, if applicable 

• A copy of your last physical

• A copy of all IEP’S, psychological testing, court orders or documents, or other reports

 

Reimbursement Options for Mental Health Counseling:

Cost Per Intake Session: $175

Cost Per Individual Session: $150

Cost per Family Session: $160

Please Note the Following:

You are responsible for obtaining information on your behavioral healthcare benefits prior to your first session. We recommend asking the following:

• Do I have a deductable? Do outpatient counseling services fall under my deductible?

• How many approved initial therapy sessions do I have under my plan?

• What is my co-pay amount?

• Do I need a referral from my PCP?

 

We will work with you to help you access and utilize your insurance coverage to provide for your services. However, please be aware that should your insurance lapse, your session reimbursement counts towards you deductible, you will be responsible for your bill.
