Biography: In addition to Char’s holistic and integrative approach to wellness, it's her goal to help clients improve their somatic map and kinesthetic and proprioceptive awareness for injury prevention and to assist those who are recovering from injury. Through a variety of methods, modalities and practices that enhance fundamental movements, build strength, increase flexibility, release myofascia, utilize core stabilization and improve spine & joint mobility. All while reinforcing principles associated with physical endurance, mental stamina and emotional intelligence. Char combines her diverse background in dance, knowledge and experience in sports and fitness with her training in Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Bodywork & Sound Healing to assist her clients in experiencing deeply transformative and long-term lifestyle improvements, through her intuitive guidance and mind-body, wellness & fitness offerings.
Statement of Care: I encourage all who practice with me to come to their mats, or chairs open to having new experiences, unattached to any previous results and to always practice with a level of awareness that encompasses self-kindness. It's good to remember that if we practice self-compassion on and off our mat, then we can easily extend compassion to all around us.
