Rebecca (Becca) Ross, MSW, LICSW is a graduate of Springfield College School for Social Work is currently a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who has experience working with children, adolescents and families in a variety of settings. Her clinical experience includes, youth residential treatment working with a variety of youth inclusive of youth in the LGBTQ+ community, in-home work, the juvenile justice system, child protection work, the foster care and adoption system specifically working with adolescents in out of home placements, child development, work with homeless teenage mothers and some work with adolescents refugees. Throughout Becca’s career she has gained insight, knowledge and education of working collaboratively with many different systems, working with families and the long term effects of childhood trauma.
