Rachael O'Neill, MA, LMHC

Associate Clinician

Rachael O'Neill, LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who graduated from American International College with a Master's Degree in Clinical Forensic Psychology. She has gained experience working with system involved adolescents in residential and secure settings. Rachael also has a background in completing assessments and exploring community resources with clients. Rachael utilizes a strength-based approach with an emphasis on solution focused interventions to meet the client where they are at while identifying treatment goals and making skills easily accessible. Rachael emphasizes holistic views and self care when exploring treatment with clients. She also has experience working with couples and family planning needs, including postpartum and birthing trauma. She draws from a trauma informed lens and highlights skill based interventions to help navigate symptoms of anxiety, depression, and much more. Her non-judgmental lens allows clients to share their thoughts and feelings in a safe space while still providing manageable challenges towards growth. Additionally, Rachael has experience conducting trainings and supporting workforce mental health needs.
