Krishanti Williams is a graduate of Bay Path University. Where she earned a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration of Advance Trauma-informed care. She has an extensive experienced in the mental health field, as she’s worked in varied settings that include residentials, outpatient, foster care, school systems, in-home therapy/therapeutic mentoring, care coordination for families and community treatment programs. Within her scope of work, she has served children, adolescents, and adults. The treatment approach she provides isa supportive and collaborative approach which allows clients to feel they are not just the focus of treatment but they’re contributing to their individualized treatment. Krishanti is cognitive and behavioral based, which is client centered and utilizes a variety of evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with advanced training in TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and ARC. Krishanti’s experience includes but is not limited to working with clients on conquering depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, insecurity/self-doubt, and trauma. As well as improving parent-client relationships, goal setting, personal growth, and healing.
