Keegan has been licensed and practicing in various modalities and settings since 2011. Keegan is trained and skilled in supporting individuals, couples, and families living with challenges and questions related to anxiety, depression, substance misuse, phase of life transitions, bullying, identity exploration, divorce, blended families, infidelity, attention and focus, women’s emotional health including pregnancy, perinatal and postpartum wellness, grief and loss, early episode psychosis or concerns outside the realm of consensual reality, and complex trauma. Keegan uses a person centered, strengths based approach, informed by her education in Trauma focused care, Open dialogue, Narrative therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, ARC, ACT, Mindfulness based and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
