Statement of Care:

“I believe that therapy is a platform that allows people to understand themselves better. The therapeutic relationship provides an opportunity to overcome challenges by trialing coping skills and talking through issues to gain new insights. Engaging in activities of wellness that supports the whole individual promotes continuous healing that allows us to connect to ourselves and others on a deeper level.”
