emerging adults who are striving to be genuine to themselves as they work towards their goals. He appreciates an active lifestyle, most recently completing a cross country bicycle ride in 2022.

When not on my bicycle Matt can be found dog sledding and skijoring with his 3 Siberian Huskies during the winter months.

Statement of Care: My affinity for an active lifestyle further enhances my encouragement of others in finding the somatic exercises and activities that will facilitate their healing and authentic living.
