Erin Goulet, MA, LMHC is currently a licensed mental health counselor who holds extensive experience working with individuals with complex trauma, as well as substance abuse issues and/or developmental delays. A graduate of Bay Path University with advanced education, she is also skilled at working within the juvenile justice systems and local school systems. Erin has a particularly broad experience in treating adults with both mental health and substance use issues as well. Erin’s areas of specialty are trauma treatment, anxiety and depression, women's emotional health, family therapy, spectrum disorders, and substance abuse/dependence. Erin has completed training in ARC, Mindfulness, and TF-CBT. Erin also has experience supervising clinicians and paraprofessionals.

I strongly feel that we are the experts of our own being and with a holistic approach to care and a healthy therapeutic relationship, with guidance we can live a more wholesome life where we learn to accept and appreciate ourselves fully.
