Statement of care: “To me, the counseling relationship starts as an exchange of knowledge. The client shares their lived experience, and I share my knowledge of the evidence-based treatments and interventions that can help alleviate their mental health symptoms. I utilize a biopsychosocial-cultural lens to understand my clients as a whole person and empower them to make changes where they see fit.” Education: Emerson College, BA, Assumption University, MA

Concentrations of study: Cognitive behavioral therapies, youth and family therapies
