Lavender. Lemon. Peppermint. Eucalyptus. We know these natural oils smell great, but did you know they have excellent health and wellness benefits as well? How about the benefits of Frankincense, Clove, Cinnamon, and other lesser known oils?
Ask our wellness practitioners how utilizing natural, top-grade essential oils can help you manage a variety of mind and body needs. Essential oils are a holistic, integrative way to support ongoing health and wellness, and alleviate symptoms of many issues. We can integrate essential oils into many of our wellness services here, including therapy sessions, yoga classes, massage and reiki appointments, and occupational therapy, at client's request.
We offer regular workshop on essential oil usages, as well as "make and take" workshops to create customized aromatherapy products and blends to help clients meet their goals.
